At Modern Day Wife, we are redefining how women connect, grow, and thrive in today’s world. Over the past five years, we have learned that the expectation to “do it all” is neither sustainable nor realistic. While support can help us accomplish more, it often comes at the cost of something else—whether it’s our careers, relationships, health or personal time.
We believe in embracing the seasons of life, recognizing that different priorities take center stage at different times. Some women may choose to pause their careers to focus on family, while others may dedicate themselves to professional growth. Understanding these seasons allows women to make empowered choices, align with their priorities and achieve success on their own terms—without guilt or regret. To truly support women through every stage, our community and experiences are built around key pillars that matter most: fashion, beauty, family, lifestyle and business – encompassing marriage, motherhood, entrepreneurship and so much more.
Through our events, community, magazine, and podcast, we curate meaningful content and resources that inspire and uplift—helping women navigate their journeys with confidence and clarity, no matter what season they are in.
Mrs International
Beginning 36 years ago, in 1988, Mrs. International® was developed to have higher standards than other pageant systems. The focus behind Mrs. International® is to showcase women 21 to 56 years old, married at least six months and a resident of the state or a citizen of the country she represents. Each contestant competes in Interview Competition, which is valued for 50% of her overall score, Evening Gown, valued for 25% and Fitness Wear for 25%. Each contestant has the opportunity to select a platform of her choice that she spends the year promoting. Husbands are a direct part of the show, escorting their wives in the Evening Gown competition, and the husband crowns his wife titleholder.
I am honoured to have been crowned Mrs. International 2024.
My next endeavor within the International Pageant System is holding the title of the Florida State Director.
The Florida International Pageant most prestigious events celebrating empowered women: the Florida State Pageant for Mrs. International, to crown Mrs. Florida International. This state-level competition is more than a pageant — it’s a platform that celebrates leadership, philanthropy, and the modern woman’s voice. It is about showcasing and celebrating the accomplishments of married women in their communities. We are seeking a premier hotel partner to sponsor the venue space to host our contestants pageant, judges, and special guests during this unforgettable weekend.

When I started writing Feminine and Focused, I wasn’t just pouring words onto a page—I was organizing the exact systems, mindset shifts, and tools I use every day to balance being a wife, mother, and entrepreneur.
